We specifically work out your individual calorie total for fat loss for you based on your age height activity level gender & weight , that calorie total you put in my fitness pal & stick to that calorie total , you can then eat & drink what you want & still lose Bodyfat and…keep it off !

Our 12 week programme starts off by you being welcomed into our group by given your welcome pack this includes ALL information needed on how you lose Bodyfat & keep it off , it’s the ultimate book where losing Bodyfat is made easy! 

Also on your 1st session we’ll go through your initial weigh in & measurements & 1st workshop covering everything to get you started , this is your 1st of 12 workshops designed to give you all the knowledge you need on nutrition , exercise , mindset ,

I’ve been in the health & fitness industry for almost 18 years & I’m fed ed up of seeing people demonising foods & following fad diets , massively restricting the foods they enjoy just to “lose weight” but feeling miserable, lacking energy and feeling fed up like it’s a mountain to climb to get results , then when they finally lose weight they only put it back on again & then try the same thing again as that’s what they lost weight with in the first place = proven failed way of losing Bodyfat & keeping it off!
